As CDMO for L'Oréal UK & Ireland, Lex leads all things con-sumer, the group digital transformation, media and the eCom-merce acceleration teams. The CDMO community supports the deployment of eCom-merce, CRM and all the digital and social marketing activities as well as data science and media planning across the L'Oréal portfolio of over 30 brands. Before joining L'Oréal, Lex established and led the digital strat-egy practice for McDonald’s in Europe and worked as the Cli-ent Partner within the Business Partnerships team at Face-book in Paris.
